ERROR-FREE PRODUCTION
ACAR VİDA A.Ş. commenced operations in 1998 with the goal of producing high-quality and affordable products focused on customer satisfaction. It started in Istanbul Kartal with a closed area of 300 m2, 5 staff members, and 7 mechanical machines. Over the course of 2 years, in response to evolving needs and customer demands in different sectors, it significantly increased its product variety and production capacity by investing in new machinery for its production line.
By the year 2000, taking references from the needs and experiences in the sectors it worked in, ACAR VİDA began bolt and rivet production as well. Continuously tracking technological developments in the sector and investing in both machinery and quality systems, ACAR VİDA continues to provide services today with ISO 9001:2015 certification, offering over 7,000 m2 of open and closed space in Istanbul, more than 200 machines, over 80 employees and more than 25 years of experience. Over these years, ACAR VİDA has succeeded in becoming one of the leading manufacturers in its sector in Turkey.
In our screw facility; wire diameters range from Ø1.30 mm to Ø12 mm; with materials such as Stainless AISI304, Stainless AISI430, 20MnB4, CQ15, SAE1006, SAE1008, QST36, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, and various raw materials based on customer requirements being used. Metric Screws are produced in sizes from M2 to M12x100, Sheet Metal Screws from Ø2.2 to Ø6.30x100, Plastic Screws from Ø2 to Ø12x100, and Self-tapping Screws from Ø2.9 to Ø6.3x100. Production is primarily carried out according to specific customer requests.
Each passing day, the principle of "customer satisfaction" continues to be at the core, rapidly advancing investments in quality, technology, and capacity.
The significant developments in our country, the increase in production in main industries, and the rise in overseas export rates, along with reaching competitive levels with foreign firms, have greatly contributed to the Turkish economy. This contribution and competition have brought forth the principle of "producing timely and quality products with 100% customer satisfaction and low costs." This principle has highlighted the need for all main industries and sub-industries to become conscious of the "Total Quality Management."
Based on these principles, ACAR VİDA A.Ş. has established ISO 9001:2015 systems and its own ERP/software system to implement, adopt, sustain, and spread it among the company and its employees, aiming to provide the best service with the target of 100% customer satisfaction.
